Gilda Aronson - Owner

Gilda Aronson - Owner/Director
Gilda has been a dancer most of her life. She started ballet at an early age, dancing with The Westchester Ballet Company and studying with some of the most prestigious teachers in NYC. Over the years she studied and taught jazz, hip hop and ballet. She is also an amateur international style dancesport (ballroom) dancer. In addition Gilda is an equestrian, specializing in dressage, with over 20 years of riding experience.

Her GYROTONIC® experience started after knee surgery caused by a dance accident. After one session she could see how beneficial it was in helping with the healing process. She also recognized how GYROTONIC® could reduce the possibilty of future injuries, which led her to pursue her certification.

Gilda became a certified instructor under renowned Master Trainers Sebastian Plettenberg and Erika Hassan. She is Level One Certified and Level Two Accredited in GYROTONIC®, Level One Certified in GYROKINESIS®, Certified on the Leg Extension Unit and the Jumping Stretching Board and a GYROTONIC® pre-trainer.

Gilda enjoys accompanying people on their journey to increased strength, flexibility and self-awareness both physically and energetically. She’ll help you take your fitness to the next level.

Jaimie Finkelstein
Jaimie Finkelstein is a certified Hot 26 and Vinyasa yoga instructor, a Certified Reflexologist and Life Coach with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. She recently got certified to teach Barre inspired fitness classes as well. She has been practicing reflexology for ten years, working with independent boutique spas and private clients. It is her goal to help others heal through movement and reflexology. She most recently created a barre workout suitable for all levels, incorporating fitness, agility, and lengthening stretches in an hour long class. Jaimie currently teaches Yoga and Barre throughout the Westchester area and teaches both group classes as well as taking on private clients.
Julie Mac
Julie V. Mac is trained in jazz, modern, tap, ballet, African and hip-hop techniques. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Studies with a minor in Theatre from the University of South Florida, where her studies included Choreography, Music for Dance, Dance Kinesiology, Dance History and Stage Practicum. Ms. Mac worked as a dancer and technician at Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay, appearing in their main stage shows for two years. After moving to NY she co-directed and choreographed the Long Lake Camp for the Arts’ Dance Intensive from 2007 - 2011. Ms. Mac currently serves on the Dance Faculty of Broadway Training Center and is the Ballet/Cardio Dance instructor for the Fordham University Fitness Center as well as Company Director for the Steffi Nossen Dance Foundation in White Plains. She is also certified as a Group Fitness Instructor by the AFPA. Julie Mac
